Yes, and a resounding yes. When a potential buyer comes we assist with taking the buyer on tours in the different areas to showcase what is able to be purchased, at what prices and why the locations are attractive.
We assist and guide with all things that the buyer will encounter during a stay, even assisting with finding the right place to have dinner.
Yes, as part of fit out and interior design we also oversee the work being done by paid contractors. This ties together with us assisting in getting permissions and assuring all work is done up to standards.
All tenants have a security deposit from which we deduct any damages proven through the use of our pre & post inspection reports.
